Junction, Victor’s knowledge of the Commercial market in the Eastern Suburbs stands
alone. Victor heads up the commercial department comprising of 8 staff and is the only agency in the Eastern Suburbs which boasts its own training and auction facilities.

With extensive Leasing and Sales throughout the area, Victor is consistently
within the top 5 of the state. With clients such as Westfield, Property NSW, CBA,
TAB, Cotton-On, Sportsgirl, Eastern Suburbs Leagues Club and NSW
Health, Victor’s reputation is second to none.

Born and raised in Bondi, Victor attended Dover heights and Cranbrook school and
has watched the evolution of the eastern suburbs over the past 50 years. After his
schooling years, Victor initially followed his father and brothers into the stock market
but after the stock market crash of 1987 he re-focused his career to Commercial Real Estate.
